There’s nothing like the thrill of catching your first wave! No matter how many times you fall, you’ll come out of the water with a smile on your face and a story to tell everyone back home.
Our lessons are perfect for everyone as our small group lessons allow everyone to receive 1:1 attention!

What do I need to bring?
We provide all equipment for the lesson (surfboard, wetsuit & booties on request). If you have your wetsuit you are more than welcome to wear it. We advise you bring swimming togs, a changing towel and warm clothes for after the lesson!
How long is the lesson?
Our lessons are approximately 2 hours, with about 30 minutes getting suited up and walking down to the beach. If the waves are good and everyone looks like they’re having the craic, we’ll sometimes go on for longer!
Do I need to know how to swim?
It is advised that you are able to swim but isn’t required that you are an excellent swimmer. The lessons are done in hip depth water to ensure safety for all students.
Where can I park?
You can park in the stone car park beside the Bervie Guesthouse and access the surf school via the blue gate.
