Heat, Sea Air,
and Good Company
Each shared session lasts one hour and welcomes up to seven people at a time. Step inside the cosy warmth of The Rust Box Sauna and enjoy a truly unique experience by the sea. Between rounds, step outside for a dip, cool off in the Atlantic air, and take in the sound of waves rolling across Keel Beach.
These sessions are relaxed, social, and open to everyone aged 16 and over. It’s a great way to meet new people, share stories, and experience the best of Achill’s coastal atmosphere — together.
